Christa is a 9th grade student at Hong Kong International School. Her dedication for service and passion for mathematics led her to create the service initiative Solve to Soar during summer of 2024. Solve to Soar aims to empower underprivileged children by providing them with quality education in mathematics. Now, she works towards this mission by going to Tin Shui Wai weekly with other volunteers and hosting free tutoring sessions for the local students. By being a student ambassador at YouthCORE, Christa hopes to promote the platform and inspire other students to get involved in service work.
